Forgotten email address to Microsoft Account

Hello there. I really want help. I got minecraft java edition beginning of January 2021. Recently about a month or few ago I haven't played it in a while as I was very busy. I lost login information and I really want to gain access back to the account but like most things I've tried seeing on threads / discussion don't work.

The account was bland and had no number linked nor credit card. I know the gamertag, password but the email is like gone. I just can't remember. I've looked around at mine, it's not there so please help if you know what to do or if there's a way to write a email directly to microsoft to report about it.
