Forgotten email address for Xbox account!

I'm afraid that you would need to know the email address for the account in order to get in. Due to privacy Support cannot provide an email address to someone. However, if you're logged into a different device such as PC, mobile or other console then you can get your email address from there.

Beyond that your best bet would be to get in touch with friends to see if anyone may know the email for the account.

My old Xbox One has finally died and won’t turn on at all. I had an account on there with a lot of achievements, hours and money put into it. Now I have bought a new Xbox console and want to get my account back.

I remember my gamertag and even my password but I can’t for the life of me remember what email I used for it.

Is there a way to recover my account without knowing the email or am I doomed? D:

Xbox Customer Support will not have access to changing your windows live email or security information. Anything regarding your windows live account is handled by windows live since it's a different division of Microsoft. Although you use your Xbox live
