Credentials error

I would check and make sure you are typing your password correctly. Even a random capital can make a difference. If that doesn't work try clicking the forgot password link. If you can't access it that way then contacting Microsoft or Xbox would be the only option left.

 

Can't get live on my account and dont know the password anymore what to do?!

To add to what M3tal Daz3 said in his reply you will need a couple things in order for xbox support to help you.

1. Either one of the emails that you received saying you did not provide them with enough information. (there is a reference number on the bottom that they will need)

2. An xbox console that the profile you are trying to get back into has been on before. (there is a console ID that will show in there system that your profile was on before)

3. some other questions that you may be asked is when the first time you put this profile on that console, approximately the month and year you created this account and a few other questions like that.

IF you DO NOT have a console that your profile was on previously then support will not be able to help you and you would need to continue filling out the recovery form and try and remember as much information as you can.
