Unless you meant to say the Xbox passkey is the one that you want to reset, in order to reset it please follow the steps on the section "forgot your passkey" on this link Create and manage a passkey for your Xbox console | Xbox Support.

Yes there is, redownloading the gamertag should do the trick.

You will need your windows live Id and corresponding password to be able to do that.

All you got to do is delete and redownload your profile. Here is instructions:

How to delete is at the bottom of that page. Make sure to select "Delete Profile Only" for the last step. How to redownload the profile is at the top of that page. Keep in mind you will need to know the Windows Live ID and password associated with the account
to redownload it.

If you think you forgot your password, click the link that mentions "forgot password" at the sign page, type in your email associated to that account, follow the steps to recover that account, and the password should reset.

On the xbox one there is a setting called "Lock it down" which means you will need to enter password to log in purchase ect.
