Xbox Live hard to cancel

I got a deal when I set up my new profile on a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live. I paid $9.99 for 3 months. Then I forgot to cancel it and they automatically charged my card. I just figured out how to remove the automatic renewal but I have a charge pending for another 3 months. It is so hard to cancel a subscription.

I can not play in xbox live

Because I can not play any game ?, register my xbox live card for a while and today in the afternoon I could not enter my xbox live account, my card was 12 months but it does not take 3 months. now ask me to buy another card what I do?

Also take in account, you have to purchase 3 months subscription. This doesn't apply if you buy a 3 month Xbox live gold card.

Thank you for answering! If I were to buy an Xbox Live Gold card for a few months/a year, would that not work until I paid the debt off? Or would it take off the months I didn't pay from it?

It is a bit frustrating because I hadn't used my Xbox for all those months and virtually forgot about the fact that I was autocharged the whole time for time I hadn't used. ):

Hello BestxInTheWorld, the system does not allow the accumulation of more than 3 years (36 months) of Live Gold, if you have 3 years exact when trying to redeem the Ultimate month to conversion would give 37, ideally wait for a month to try the conversion.

NOTE: As I write this message the live servers are in maintenance for games, this may affect some Xbox services.

It depends how much xbox live you had before converting to Ultimate.

If you bought a month of live on 12/1/19, that would cover you until the end of the month (for simplicity).

You then bought take advantage of the 3 months of Ultimate for $1; this gets added to your xbox live and extends your total subscription to the end of March, so an additional 3 months / 4 months in total.
