Forgot to redeem promotion code [Mod Removed Personal Information]

Hello! I unfortunately was stupid and did not redeem my code last night while i was playing because i thought it was the 28 not the 29. is there ANYTHING you guys can do to replace that code for me? it was the 10$ black friday code and i had every intention
of using it today to be able to buy a new game for the first time in a while...Please let me know if you guys will be able to do anything. PLEASEEEE

I'm afraid we can't help you about that code in particular now as it has probably been redeemed by someone or it might be soon redeemed by anyone.

For this kind of matters, please ALWAYS reach the
xbox support team here.

EDIT: IT was part of a promotion. The promotion ended. I'm sure there's nothing you can do about it unfortunately.
