    Forgot to enter promo code


    I bought my first Xbox One S from the microsoft store, I however forgot to enter my promo code to get my "free" 50,000 rewards points. I spent over an hour on the phone and was told to come here to ask to get my rewards points. Thanks

    I'm applying the promo code. It takes $20 off at first, but after I enter all my info, it says there's an issue with the promo code.

    The code is just to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not required for the credits. The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships.

    Hi there.

    To enter a promo code, you would go through the purchasing steps on the store - microsoftstore.com, put the specific item in your cart then there is an option for Enter a Promo Code right in the Cart below the cart items.

    The promo code would then show the addition/deduction of that the code was for.
