Forgot the email and password for an Xbox account (Xbox 360)

So basically I have forgotten the email for the account...and this account has Xbox live but I want to buy a membership again. I had used this account before in 2017 and I had bought a 2 day trial membership....and i really don't remember the details of
that account...please help me out. I forgot the email to this account and it doesn't let me login

I had it recently where I had to manually sign in every time with my password when it use to just recognise me. But I'd forgot I had updated my account details online and changed my primary email address. All you have to do is delete your account on the xbox one and then log in with your updated email and password. Now I just say xbox on and it auto loads me in.

 

Problem with transferring accout

I have my account on Xbox 360 and want to move it to Xbox One, I don't remember the email's password and is there a way to move it ? Like using USB ?

 

Is the account linked to another email/phone number?

 

Maybe to a phone number but I don't know about email..... I have tried with every possible email which I know but nothing is linked to it

Usually with 360 accounts, it’s possible that you have a backup account, you should be able to begin reset process from there.
