Forgot secret question

Hello. The other day I decided to play a network game. But I was told that I have a limited regime. I tried to go into the family section and remove it, but I was asked to write an access code. I do not remember setting an access code. I tried to reset it
by answering a secret question. But I was shown how it seems to me not the question that I wrote when registering. If this is the question, then I forgot the answer to it. What can I do to restore or change the security question?

He doesn't know his secret question. He never cared for it, and he forgot all about it.

Hey Dash, I'm afraid you will either need to know the answer to your secret question, or you'll need to be able to provide the credit card details of your card on the account.

Unfortunately without that information they follow protocol. They will not be able to get you your account back unless you were able to provide them the e-mail address that was used. This is why whenever you make an account you put information on there that
is yours in case this does happen for whatever reason they have something to go by to actually recover your account. There's no way to answer a secret question as that is not an option. They go off of information you put on the account such as name, address,
phone number, e-mail. If they cannot match that information then they cannot help you recover the account. There's really nothing you can do in this situation about this particular problem.
