Forgot password and don’t have the email account

Have you made sure the account you are trying to log in/ download is the correct email and password?.

Incase you lost the email address.

Well if your parent forgot their password, you could simply have them try and do an email recovery/reset.

Have them go on this site, enter their email and select I forgot my password. All they would have to do is log onto their email account and follow the steps listed in the email.

The only problum with the validate email is that the email was sent to the email account that i forgot the password to.
