Forgot my outlook username. Please help emergency

These are the only steps you can take to recover/remember a username/email address.

But they are outlook accounts. When I press forgot username it shows this after I do the security steps.

ok never post pw info on here, id suggest going to download profile again, and if that doesnt work id call customer support they have access to your account as we do not, in the usa the phone number is 1-8004myxbox.

As previously said, it is vital that you do not post personal information on the forums, for security purposes.

The Forgot Microsoft Account | Xbox Microsoft Account | Forgot Windows Live ID page and that should help you guide to find your Windows Live account. Also, I highly advise you change your password after this issue has been resolved!
