forgot my email address

I created an xbox account 2 years ago. Currently I have forgotten the email address of this account but still remember the password. At the same time, this account is not linked to any other email or phone number. This account is really important to me and I hope everyone can help.

If you don't remember the email and also didn't link a phone number or Skype account then unless you can find the email you won't be able to recover the account.

Long story short youll need to figure out what email you used and support wont be able to tell you what it is.

That aside, the only place to change the email on the account is on the console itself. If he forgot the email, he'll need to call support and verify the account and they'll give him the email.

is it on a console? if so you can sign in, go to account management, then click on windows live id. if it's not on a console you could call support and, provided you can pass their questions, they'll provide you with the email.

If he doesn't remember his email, and can't pull it up on the console, he'll need to contact Xbox Customer Support.
