Since your Xbox console has been sold you may need to check on your other devices such as mobile devices, laptops, or PC, and sign in to https://xbox.com using all Microsoft accounts you own just to review.

Microsoft offers the option to fill out an account recovery request but it is necessary to have the data pertaining to your old account even if it is not complete.

If you’re not able to access to that account anymore, you may need to proceed with the account recovery form:

Sadly only a username is not enough proof of purchase, it's public and anyone can see your gamertag

In cases like this no one Microsoft agent can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies
