Do you remember if you registered either an alternative email or phone number to the account ?

If so follow these steps to ge a hint about the email

Go to the sign in page>Sign in options>Forgot username>enter the alternate email or phone number you believe is linked

If not the only way to sort this out then is to go with the account recovery form
