Forgot Email and Password to Account

Discus and support Forgot Email and Password to Account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So I haven’t owned a console in ages.     So I haven’t owned a console in ages. Trying to log into my old account but i only remember the gamertag and thats doing me no good. Any suggestions??
