Forgot e-mail, Know gamer tag and potentially a password

If you can sign in to http://accounts.live.com/ the e-mail address & password you entered is valid. Next, go to
live.xbox.com/.../Signin & try signing in with the same information. If you're prompted to create a new gamer-tag, the Microsoft account you entered is not currently associated with an X-Box
Live account. Check your e-mail accounts for messages about your X-Box Live membership. This may help to determine which e-mail account is associated with your X-Box Live membership. If you know your Microsoft account, but can't remember your password, see

I recently tried to play my game as always, i selected my avatar (the one i have always used) however this time a window appeared which read "sign in with your e-mail and password. we need the e-mail and password for your account so we can check your security
for your xbox profile" when i continue and enter my e-mail and password, it accepts my e-mail address, and prompts me to in put my password, the message then says "sorry either this is the wrong password or the e-mail you entered does not have a windows live
membership, please try again or go to xbox.com/forgot. code 8015d002" I have gone on to this website entered all information required recieved a code to change my account detals, (which was sent to my secondary e-mail account?) i have managed to reset my
password however to no avail. I have even tried the help online e.g find my microsoft account, which tells me to open my gamer tag, then go to settings, and account, however it won't even let me select the gamer tag as it appears to be locked.

I haven't been able to play on the xbox for 2 days and am stuck with this scenario....... please help........

Are you trying to use the same e-mail address for the 2nd gamer tag? AFAIK, you can only have one gamer tag per e-mail address.

Okay well its good to know that I can promote it still, even though I can't accept the Terms. Its only a few months away so it won't be that bad if I have to wait. I have an idea what the Gamer Tag for the parent account is, but it is locked with the Windows
Live ID linked to it so I can't check to see (since I don't know what the e-mail is anymore, and it actually says something like "This account requires you to enter your Windows Live ID password to sign in." And then takes me to entering an e-mail instead
of the password. Which strengthens my suspicion that it is the parent since on my account it can't find the e-mail and for this one it can't either.)

If there is a way to find out what the e-mail for the WLID for the Gamer Tag is then I would be good, but I don't know how to do that.
