    Forgot account PIN, trying to log into XBox on admin account


    Hi. I use the admin account on my computer since that's where everything's installed. It is not my own account. I am trying to log into XBox on the admin account using my own account, but I forgot my Windows Hello PIN. I have gone into my account on this computer and disabled the Windows Hello PIN, but I don't know if that's for the account itself or just on this computer. Whenever I try switching the XBox account to mine, it asks for a Windows Hello PIN, which I forgot. Help?

    You will need the account owner on the PC who set the PIN on the PC to remove or change the PIN. If that's not possible you can format the PC or create a local account for yourself. This link contains instructions on how to create a local account.
