Forever struggle with controller freezing issues

Hello

I have struggled like forever with controller freezing issues on Xbox One. I have reported these issues countless times using the Insider hub problem reporting module in the console but have never received any help. It is so disappointing. I don't know what else to do. At this moment I am seriously thinking in just letting the problem be until the next gen consoles are here and make the jump to PlayStation. I never thought I would do this as I love the Xbox ecosystem but this problem is ridiculous.

I got the Xbox One X on launch on 2017 after having a standard Xbox One Elite since its launch in 2013. I NEVER had any problems with controller freezing with my Xbox One Elite which I still have on another location and works perfectly with all my controllers.

This is the text I have written countless of times on the Insider hub problem reporting module on the console:

TITLE: Controller hangs

This happens at random intervals. I have not been able to reproduce the problem. It can pass days before it happens again. The controller just stops responding. It happens with all of my controllers, I have 3. This Xbox has been sent to Microsoft for diagnostics and it was returned to me as OK, just reseted.

When the problem happens the controller continues hanging at intervals, I have to restart the Xbox for that the problem stops.

I need help here. This has been going for over a year and no one has been able to help me. It's really frustrating when it happens in the middle of a gaming session. (I play mostly FIFA).

When this happens none of the controller buttons respond, not even the Xbox lighted button. The light continues to shine but there is no response.

Appreciate all your help. This same problem has been reported numerous times and no one has helped me

At the beginning of the issue (just after getting the Xbox One X) the store exchanged them for me 3 times. Every controller from the last ones made by Microsoft (model 1708) presented the problem. The older models, the ones that came with my original Xbox One Elite bought in 2014 NEVER freezed connected to the same setup (on the XB1-X). The Microsoft Elite controllers I have tested on this setup (model 1698) never showed the freezing problem either, again connected to the same setup.

What do I have to do to get help with this problem?

I get occasional "stalls" but no full on freezes. Everyone talks about texture issues and freezes after installing but I experienced the exact opposite. Still hope they come out with a patch soon, can't be this lucky forever.

**EDIT: Another issue that is on and off is that the system runs very slow and laggy while in menus and stuff. So basically when I press join a game mode the screen will freeze and the Xbox seems to "struggle" loading. The screen will freeze during different
menus all the time and such.**

The buffering issue isn't isolated to the 360 app. It happens on computers, tablets, phones, and I've seen it on PS3 too.

I think it's just YouTube thing. You just get videos that struggle from time to time. Yeah, it sucks.

As for the freezing, yes it still happens, but it does seem to freeze less since the previous update.

Tim Reeves, mine did start freezing and stopped reading discs after the december update. Prior to that, it had no issues at all, other than the Red Ring thing which was fixed 4 years ago. I cleaned the laser eye with alcohol and it plays games now, but
it still freezes while playing games, netflix, hulu. It will however stay on the home screen forever without freezing. Anyone else having this issue?

Since clubs update (and had same issues in beta version) after I launch the app it just freezes forever trying to load the sidebar on the right with friends and clubs (as if I had a million friends and it took ages to load).
