Forespoken not working.

Hey everyone, I have purchased Forespoken on the Xbox App on PC yesterday. And whenever I try to launch it, it gives me this message: 'The account you're attempting to sign in with is not provisioned for this environment. Your app may not be configured correctly.' Does anyone know any solution(s) or is it a known bug that I need to wait for it to be fixed?

Hello Arceon, as mentioned above it seems to be a mistake and unfortunately we don't have any official information yet.

Been happening since launch and apparently only affecting MS store purchases.

No word on if/when they will see what the problem is. At this point have applied for a refund so I can buy it somewhere else. I will lose my pre-purchase items, but at this point, I just want to play. Too impatient to wait for MS to flip a switch somewhere.

If the original owner left the console as their Home console, you would be able to access the games without their account. However, keep in mind that if they ever change their Home console setting you will lose access to all of the games. It's best to just
wipe a console when you get one or buy a new one.
