We really understand how you feel now. As per description, you were being ask to pay again, Naruto to Boruto Shinobi Strikers. For us to sort out the issue we would like to ask more details about it. Please give us more information by answering the questions.

1. Is this happening to this specific game only?
   
2. What platform are you using?
   
3. Have you updated your device to the latest version?
   
4. Have you tried uninstall and reinstall the game?
   
5. Have you tried clearing the cache and try it again after few minutes?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you're pertaining to Minecraft Java Edition. Kindly make sure that you're signed in on the Microsoft account that you used in Migrating. If possible sign out then restart your PC before signing back in.

if a game has its update interrupted part way through by the user cancelling or the console restarting it wipes the entire game as it does not have the ability to verify files. and as the update downloads it replaces files as it does meaning it does not
know which ones are done or not.

this is a daft issue which also happens on pc for windows store games ie gamepass games. yet other services have the ability to verify files.

unfortunately you will need to download again.

I have no idea why yours are not installing though.

File a complaint on him and block communications with him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
