    Hey Everyone. This is a bit of a rant but. Does anyone else feel like they are being forced to upgrade there xbox live gold account to game pass? I don't want to pay almost double or more to play online. I really have zero interest in game pass. Microsoft by getting rid of the 12 month option for live gold is costing people money. $60 per year was fine for me. 3 month would be 100 year and forget game pass ultimate that's like 180 per year. I just feel a bit raked over.

    I can make no apologies for Microsoft's pricing of Gold, I don't work for them. There is however nothing stopping you from buying a pre-paid 12 month Gold sub either from a store or online.

    If you don't need or want Game Pass no one is forcing you to.

    Any help? Or am I forced to upgrade to Windows 8?
