    Forced gamertag change assistance


    Hello I've only just switched to full on Xbox love and I've come up with the perfect gamertag *GenitalPalpatin* the perfect ode to starwars but funny but Xbox changed my name to cleanjoey and a bunch of random numbers. I didn't think my name was innapropriate.
    So I was wondering if I could get a free name change of my choice

    If you havent already, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If they uphold their decision you would either need to keep the name you have now, or you can pay to change it.

    To whom read this, thanks for taking your time to read this, i have found this issue that has had my gamertag changed. My Gt isnt negative in anyway, as even did my support agent said when i talked to him calling on the phone regarding this issue. My previous
    GT that was switched by you guys was BallsDeepGreek, first off the system let me spend 10$ for this name, and also its not even bad, i am greek, my name is vassilios. and BallsDeep is my European team soccer team i played for, just prounoced different. i hope
    this gets fixed, i wouldnt care but i am a streamer with 50,000 views and 1.1k followers that know my gamertag and this gamertag brands me. i also run in pro fortnite tournaments, which in fact i have a tournament tuesday, that is registered in that gamertag,
    1st prize is 20,000$, i hope this gets corrected. thanks, love, vassilios.

    The first part of the gamertag you chose falls outside of the rules of the code of conduct

    This part specifically:

    Content that is controversial. For example:

    • Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
    • Violent content
    • Controversial religious content
    • Anything involving notorious people or organizations
    • Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical
    As gds1972 stated whenever you are given a forced gamertag change due to your gamertag violating the code of conduct you are given a randmonly generated name. If you would like to change the randomly generated name to something of your choosing then you
    would have to pay for the change.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to if you receive a forced gamertag change then you are given a random gamertag for free to replace the offending one.

    Any other changes must be paid for.

    As mentioned,the rules are the same on PSN/PS4 but if your PSN id violates their ToU/CoC then you are banned,there's no name changing on PSN.

    Also.should.be noted if you try and use the same name

    The rules are the.same on psn

    Except one thing if you had a bad name and get reported you will be perm banned as there are no name chamgws

    You can always try and file.a case review at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com

    But no there is no free name change sfor violations
