    hallo my gamertag was changed by the enforcement team. My old name is [Mod Removed] now my real name is [Mod Removed]is Arabic is this the reason why u changed the name ? I can’t proof it with my id.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     Keep in mind that the gamertag doesn't necessarily have to be offensive to be changed. It just has to violate the code of conduct.

    I'm going to assume that what is going on is that you were issued a forced gamer tag change since the gamer tag may be deemed offensive. A forced gamer tag change can result in not being able to post on the forums until that gamer tag is changed.

    the free gamer tag change was only allowed when your gamer tag change was forced. People abused this by reporting gamer tags that people wanted to change so once a force change was made they then changed it again to what they wanted for free. Because
    of that abuse of the system all game tag changes now cost even if a force change has happened.

    If you create an offensive or inappropriate Gamertag, it will be replaced with a new automatically-generated Gamertag. To change you gtag after that you need to pay the service fee. Make sure to create a gtag conform the service rules.
    ya the only thing is it wasn't made to be offensive. I'm not sure who screens the gamer tags but it seems to be way too strict. A money grab basically. For the amount we pay it should be allowed to change it if they find it offensive. No wonder so many people
