Forced Gamer Tag Change, Decision Overturned, Unable to contact XBLPET

I had a Forced Gamer Tag Change

. I went through the whole process of submitting a review, waiting for the results, etc. The "Case Review Status" field states "Decision Overturned". As I have read on these forums XBLPET does not monitor these forums. I now have 0 hyperlinks to follow
on my case page to contact them through. I have a random generated gamer tag and my enforcement history says I have a perfect record. So if the decision was overturned why has my original gamer tag not been restored. With 0 links to contact the XBLPET,
how am I supposed to remedy this situation? Has anyone had a similar experience that might be able to help. Customer Support was unable to help. Responding to the Email I received from the enforcement team as I suspected would just send me a kickback rejected
email. As the account is not monitored.

Gamer tag has been changed

So on the 25 of April my gamer tag was changed. I had to file for a review which came out and overturned the decision to change my gamertag. I was told that I could change it back to my original tag which I did. On the 26 of April. Then on the 29th of April
I received another forced gamer tag change. For the same tag that had been over turned 3 days ago. Doesn't the enforcement department look at there notes before doing this?

Forced gamertags are final just like other actions, you can contact the enforcement team directly. try change your tag at this website by going to account.xbox.com

if you're unable to change your tag for free then you must pay for an change.

When a forced gamertag change is overturned your gamertag is not changed back automatically. You should be able to change it for free.

Forced gamertag changes are only given if the tag violates the code of conduct, not because of the new gamertag policy. You can go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information
on why it was changed and to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturns their decision, you'll be allowed to change your tag. If not, you can change your tag, but you will have to pay for the change.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why it was changed and to see about submitting a case review. That is how you contact the enforcement team.
If they overturn their decision, you will be able to change your tag.

Overturned means they revoke their decision so you would be able to change your tag. If that were not the case it would have said "Decision Upheld".

If you felt that your gamer tag was truly not offensive and not violating the Code of Conduct then you can go to your Enforcement
History and request a Case Review to try and overturn the decision. If the decision is upheld then it will not be changed back and you will have no choice but to pay for another gamer tag keeping in mind the rules of the code of conduct. Hope this helps.
