Force unleashed, can't download 360 profile

hey all, Star Wars Force Unleashed is the only 360 game I've tried on my Xbox one so far and I can't get it to work properly.

i downloaded from the store and can play it but I can't get it to load my 360 profile and can't save Because of that. I keep getting error 83840002, anyone know what the problem is?

Can't download The Force Unleashed

Whenever I try to download The Force Unleashed, it tells me that I need a "valid payment option" which I already have. Then when I go to add a payment option, it locks me to USA when I'm from Canada. Then THIS shows up! How unprofessional!

Download problem!!!

recently I bought an XBOX 360 S 250gb, I tried to re-download content for "the force unleashed 2". When the download finished the file was corupted!!! Can anybody help?

It looks like staff is aware of issues regarding downloading Xbox360 profiles which result in that error

This issue should now be resolved, let's give these steps a go just in case you're still receiving that error:

Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One Dashboard

Scroll down to 'System' settings and select 'Storage'.

Select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'. (Note: This will not affect Xbox 360 game saves stored in the cloud)

Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button until the console fully powers down.

Boot back up and give it a shot!

If those steps above do not resolve the issue, try these next steps out:

Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One Dashboard.

Under 'Account' settings, select Remove accounts and proceed to remove your profile.

Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button until the console fully powers down.

Boot back up and sign your Xbox Live profile back into your Xbox One.

Launch a back compat title and attempt to sign-in again.

Also, The game add packs for "The Force Unleashed" are not available in Israel. I see them only on your US site and can't download them due to region restrictions. Why is that? it's very furstrating

If you're getting that error, that indicates that your Xbox Live account is a Child/Teen account. Please be sure to sign-in with the parent account and make the purchase (the parent account will need to be signed in on your Xbox One console to play), or
if you have an Xbox 360 console nearby, you can make the purchase on your account through the Xbox 360 Marketplace on an Xbox 360. For further information, check out our

your account doesn't match the region you're physically located in, or the region you're physically located in is not currently an Xbox Live Supported Country, which you can see the full list of supported regions
