For the Xbox accessories app on pc I can’t find the feature to recalibrate my thumb sticks

Unfortunately, I don't own your controller, to personally verify, but the option to recalibrate the thumbsticks should be available in the Xbox app for PC. If you can't find the option, you could try resetting the controller, either through the Xbox Accessories app or by disconnecting it from the PC and then reconnecting it.

Have you tried to use the Xbox Accessories App to calibrate the sticks?

Open the Xbox Accessories app on your console or PC.

On the screen for your controller in the Accessories app, select “…“ to open the device details screen.

Before you recalibrate your controller, check to see if there’s a firmware update available for your controller. If there is, update your controller before you recalibrate.

Select Recalibration options.

Select the specific thumbstick you want to recalibrate (left or right).

Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the recalibration.

I went into the accessories app but idk how to navigate to the section that will allow me to click the left thumb stick, then click the adaptive joystick so that the adaptive thumb stick will also function to click in, so I can run using only the adaptive
joystick. Idl what section/how to press the thumb stick on the controller, then press the adaptive thumb stick to copy the function. Can I get a step by step process of what to do once the accessories app opens?

Have you looked in the Xbox Accessories app and tried swapping the thumb sticks over? Just keep in mind that if you manage to succeed this way, your right and left thumb sticks will swapped for everything, not just that game.

If you go to the Xbox Accessories app, are you able to customise the right stick to recalibrate and fix this issue?

The Xbox Accessories app allows you control over the rotation etc, so it could be this is the cause.
