    For the past week I haven't been able to uplaod a custom image.


    Every time I try to change my xbox profile picture I get an error or try again later. PLEASE FIX.

    The custom gamerpic feature has been disabled by Microsoft to help with the overload of the servers due to the situation happening in the world at this moment. Once everything goes back to normal, then the gamerpic feature will be brought back online.

    Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon, but for now we have to understand that things not working means someone is home safe with their family. Living without a luxury for a bit is someone else getting to live safely.

    Due to COVID-19, some features have been disabled because more people are looking for social connection via gaming and Xbox is seeing record number across all services Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live and Mixer. To streamline moderation
    and to ensure everyone has the best experience when using Xbox services, these features have been disabled temporarily for the foreseeable future:

    • Custom Gamer Picture
    • Custom Club Pictures
    • Custom Club Backgrounds

    If you try and upload a custom picture you will see the error:

    "Sorry, we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while."
