For the last two days, keep getting a server connection error on MS Bingo.

Bingo keeps giving me a server connection error message and doesn't respond.

I haven't been able to connect to Microsoft Bingo since yesterday evening. Keep getting connection error. The forum link provided in the error message gives another error message, that service is unavailable.

Please fix.

There may be an issue with the server itself

I am aware of the appropriate procedure for installing updates. However, the error appears even when there are no outstanding updates since the last restart. It does not appear to be related to uninstalled Windows updates or bad internet connections.

You say that you are not aware of any recent server issues. This is not a recent phenomenon. I installed Bingo in November and had a couple of weeks of frequent usage without any errors. Since then, it is rare that a day goes by when I do not get the Server
Connection error at least once and usually more than once per day.

I don't experience the issue with any other game. I play MS Solitaire quite often and, when it gives me a connection error, it is because my internet connection has actually dropped. With Bingo, I often check my internet connection as soon as the error is
displayed, and the connection is good. When I get the Server Connection Error in Bingo, I don't get disconnected from Solitaire, browsers, email or anything else - just from Bingo.

I have read your FAQ and tried the solutions. I have the app updates set to automatic, so that is not the issue. And when I tried restarting, that did not resolve the issue.

Hope you can resolve this.
