    for the 50,000 points upgrade (from 1 to 1s) promo, how will it know I am upgrading?


    Xbox Live Rewards.

    It says, order 1s from MS store, sign-in to console, and get 50000 points. Question is, how will it know I already have a 1 console and upgrading from it?

    I signin from 1 and 360 currently. Need to know clearly if I will get 360-to-1 promo of 30,000 points, or 1-to-1s promo of 50000

    only received 30,000 for xbox one s upgrade?

    Hi,

    I checked my rewards account today and seem to have only received the 30,000 points for upgrading not the 50,000 for when you upgrade from a xbox one.

    How do i get this corrected?

    Rewards Credit

    I currently upgraded from Xbox 360 to Xbox 1S because I saw there was a reward of 50,000 credits. I have yet to receive the credits nor see a "pending" anywhere. I know I qualify because I've never owned an Xbox 1, only the 360. The bundle I bought was
    the GOW. When will I receive the Reward Credits from the offer?

    If you are eligible for an offer, it will appear on your MyMissions page when you are logged into the Rewards site. If nothing appears, then you were not selected for either offer.

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

    I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

    Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.
