If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions.

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console?

- Could you tell me exactly what happened when you tried the soft factory reset? Are you getting a "Something went wrong" message with an "E10X" or E20X" error, by any chance?

Also, when turning on my xbox, the tv does not detect the xbox (i've tried multiple tv's) and the xbox does not detect my controllers as well even when connecting them with a usb cable, after about 5 minutes the xbox turns off by itself and when trying to connect to the xbox using remote play it says console off. Also, it does not let me turn off the xbox.. For some reason i have to unplug it.

Hello, thank you for the tips but unfortunately they did not help, I´m not sure if this is or even could be caused by the new system update but there may just be something in the actual console that´s not functioning properly I tried the things that u sent
me but they didn´t work I checked that the HDMI1 cable worked, it works normally with my PS3 but for some reason whenever I plug it to my Xbox one original it doesn´t work I will try to explain the problem again because I don´t think I did a good job at explaining
the first time, So the console will turn on BUT I am not able to use it, see for some reason the HDMI1 doesn´t work on it like it does with the PS3 and my TV will say "Check your signal" and then my Xbox one original will turn off after a minute (idk if it
has something to do with it that the light on the Power brick is always orange when the console is not on because a lot of people are saying that its a bad thing but its been like that for me for ages) but ye..... that´s the problem. If you know how to solve
this please do let me know or I will just take it to a repairman.
