For some reason, my account and my friends' accounts gamer pictures have been changed to...

Hi Spangle Jr.,

I could just be server connectivity issues between your profile and the Xbox Live Servers. Something may be causing it to not update your profile data.

First I recommend doing the basic network troubleshooting by unplugging your router and modem for at least 5 minutes and then try restarting your Xbox and see if anything changes.

If that doesn't help then I recommend removing and re-adding your profile to re-sync your profile data. However please make sure you have your Microsoft account email and password available so you can re-add it after you remove it:

When i logged onto my account this morning, everything looked normal. I logged on this afternoon and logging in was fine until i looked at my friends list to invite someone..and everyones gamerpicture had been reset to a default...which i thought was strange
and then i couldnt play a game where i was logged onto the servers and use all the other features except play an actual match(if that makes sense). Also that link you sent on how to change the Microsoft email address...that is going to be extremely handy,

I dont think i worded it right. But the problem is just for me. Because to me, everyones gamerpic has changed, including my own. But to my friends everything is fine, and my gamerpic is unchanged. To be honest, i think its just a social issue right now because
on some games like fifa 19, i cannot find games(i know EA are the producers but im pretty sure its something thats not to do with the game) but the New version of minecraft(not the xbox one edition)i can log onto servers. So i dont know wether its to do with
network or social settings or what.
