I have a little different problem... I cannot get them to download and install... I am trying to get Mahjong and Treasure running on my Surface Pro 4... When I try to download them to install from the store, the store says it is trying to acquire the license
and then says 'try that again something went wrong' and returns 'error code 0x803F7000, in case you need it'... Any thoughts?.... Thanks..............

I hate to disappoint you but this isn't going to happen. There are two reasons for this, the first and foremost issue is licensing. Kung Fu Panda is a game based on the movie license from Universal Studio's. When Activision acquired a license to make the game based off the movie they did so for a limited time. This is common for pretty much any game that uses licensed content, even in-game music have licenses.

The second reason why is that the backwards compatibility program of Xbox 360 and original Xbox games has been suspended, with no news as to when or even if MS will work on it again.

I am having the same issue with some movies. I can stream them fine, but when I try to download them it says "Download failed. Failed to acquire license for download". I had previously downloaded the movies no problem, but I got an update for Xbox Video
a few days ago and the downloaded movies would not play. I deleted and re-installed the video player and now I get the error every time I try to download movies. I tried the suggestion above and it did not make a difference.
