for some reason fortnite took too long to start

so I have been having this problem since last Friday. Every time I try to play Fortnite it tell me " for some reason Fortnite took too long to start". I have power cycle my xbox one. I have removed my profile from the xbox one and restarted the xbox one.
then I added my profile back and still the same problem. I have also reset my xbox one to factory and I still get this problem. I some times get this problem with other games like Destiny but most of the time Destiny will load but some times I get the 'chicken"
error code. but I'm not here about Destiny. I play Fortnite and that's the game I'm here about.. any help in finding out just what the problem is would be nice..

I'm just wondering if anyone else on xbox live having problems with loading or rendering problems with Fortnite? I get "for some reason fortnite took too long to start" and the few times I can load fortnite I have all kinds of rendering problems. anyone
else?????

Try to check the console connection status and the
NAT status. It can also be a problem of WiFi connection, causing internet connection latency.

 

I am hard wired to my xbox one and I just did a speed and NAT test on the xbox one... Detailed network statistic (speed test) 100.65Mbps download, 17.75Mbps upload, 0% packet loss, 1480 MTU and 61ms ping... NAT type test open

 

It could also be a problem with the storage device. If you're using an external HDD, try changing the USB port on the console.

 

I'm not. I'm only using what is in the xbox one

 

Also I had a buddy download my profile on his xbox one to see if it work on his and it did. he said Fortnite had no problem on his xbox one with my profile. what does this mean???

 

It's a problem on your console...

Make another tenative, try deleting the local data related to the game (not the Cloud, but only "Delete from console"). It could also be a problem with data synchronization.

 

well xbox support just sent me this email so I guess its on their end...
