    It wont let me put a gamer pic I uploaded but it doesnt say I did anything wrong

    uploading custom images for avatars, etc has been disabled due to the ongoing global crisis.

    hopefully it won't be too long before things are back to normal

    Just to help with the overload on the servers right now they've disabled the feature temporarily. While it does suck to not he able to change your gamerpic for a while, but hopefully that means that more people from their team get to be home safe with
    their families.

    if you are trying to upload a picture from you pc or your phone, that featured was removed, you can't do that, it was posible before.

    What does it take to get a straight answer from Rewards support?

    I had the almost exact thing happen to me a few days ago. Except for the suspended account. I sent them a message explaining the situation but only got a response telling me to be patience. I went to my microsoft account and went the manage part and removed
    some things. Then went back to rewards and was able to redeem my points
