For Honor Gold Edition Code isn't working

I recently purchased the game For Honor Gold Edition. All the codes that came with the game worked fine, except for the actual Gold Edition code. Attempting several time to redeem it on my Xbox with the QR reader and by manually entering the code, then manually
entering it on my laptop. I keep receiving the same prompt.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I have already contacted Microsoft after calling Gamestop, they determined that the supporting content for the code was active and up and I was directed here.

Season pass ticket not working

i got the gold edition of for honor and my season pass ticked isint working. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Nothing is working what do I do!?

 

Redeem code

i just got the FOR HONOR gold edition

But when i want to use the redeem code it say:

Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page

After I put in the code I am prompted to-

I was given same info and told to do the same and post here for a fix mine was also gold edition

Where are you trying to redeem the codes in question? If you're trying on your Xbox One console, can you please try using Xbox.com as well as the Xbox mobile app? If you've tried on the website, please try using your console.

tried mine this morning again and it worked
