    Hello everyone,

    So both here and the Bungie forums are flooding with people complaining about this error code. This issue seems to be affecting people with game sharing, and after hours of hard resetting, clearing cache and removing me account from my Xbox I found a frustrating
    "solution": The game seems to only be playable on the home Xbox.

    So what I did was to set my Xbox as my home Xbox and the game was finally able to launch, the problem is that before Bungie released a quick fix for a bug that was affecting people who were sharing the
    GAME and both expansions a few hours after launch, I was playing it normally, but after that It became impossible to log in into the game. This is most annoying because both Bungie and Microsoft are keeping quiet about this! I don't know if this
    is relevant but I'm part of the Preview Program, but I have no way of knowing if others affected by this issue are part of the program as well.

    Someone on the Bungie forum mentioned another fix but I din't try it because I had already set up my console as my home Xbox. What he did was this: Uninstall everything except for the game, load up game to the character select menu
    and then re install everything. So if anyone can try this to see if works so we can all bet back at game sharing.

    Errorcode 0x87de0003 Xbox One

    close to the same thing is happening to me. However on the same xbox one my wifes account will launch destiny.

    however mine will not as I get error code 0x87de0003

    I have 2 xbox ones her account works just fine, where as mine will not launch the game.

    anyone know of what is the cause?

    Getting error code 0x800705b4

    Tried all that. If it’s installed on the expansion card or internal storage it gives the error code within 5 seconds of starting the game as long as the game is a Series X/S version. So games without the Series X/S will load up fine. As soon as I try to load a game bearing the X/S in the corner of its game card it gives the error code. Per example, PubG will launch without problem, games such as Destiny 2 and Rainbow Six Siege give error code. Only way to play Destiny 2 or Siege is by using my old Xbox One. Tried installing Fall Guys on a new account, gives same error code about 3 seconds after it’s launched

    So, i cant launch destiny 2 specifically. I can launch any other game just fine.

    I keep getting the error code 0x97e107df but apparently its a new error code. If anyone has had this issue? Any info could help. Ive shut my xbox off completely, and nothing. I dont wanna have to delete and install just to be told the same thing.

    So far i cant play

    i was thinking it could be my external hard drive, but red dead is installed there.

    Issue redeeming a Gift

    Just wanted to follow up on this for anyone else that should search and run into a similar issue.

    After a few MS support chats it was discovered that you need to own all the DLC first.

    The error in our case was caused by the fact that Destiny 2 and destiny 2 Forsaken are considered different games. If you own Destiny 2 and its DLC you cannot redeem the second season pass if you dont own the game Destiny 2 Forsaken as again its classed
    as a different game apparently.

    I failed to realise the season pass for Forsaken doesn't include forsaken...

    So in short if anyone else has a similar issue check if you can redeem the pass if you dont own the base game, even if the base game is now a piece of DLC.
