Nat type says Moderate but connection is 'blocked'. I've tried the 'fix it' button but no joy. I've followed the rest of your suggestions and still won't launch the game.

I've reported outage with xbox.

Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type

And connectivity

Type CMD in the search bar;

Right-click on the Command Prompt option;

Click on Run as Administrator option;

4. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows 10 window, select the checkboxes of the presented files and click Clean System Files.

5. After cleaning, check the unchecked checkboxes again and click OK>Delete Files.

Thanks for the error message. Since the issue is only happening to that game, I don’t think there’s an issue with your system or Xbox app. It must be related to that game only.

My suggestion here is to uninstall the game completely. Once you uninstalled it from the Xbox app, check on PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features, if it’s no longer on the list. If it’s there, delete it from there as well. Once done, restart your PC and try installing the game again.

Please also perform a disk cleanup.

Then clear the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Don’t forget to check for Windows updates and get all availability updates from the Microsoft Store.

Here is the error.

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)
