    Football Manager 2023 is currently not available in your account


    Can you help I can not launch on my PC, after playing earlier today? I have followed all steps in the help, re-installing everything, checking for updates, logging out and logging in to Xbox app and Microsoft store, restarting pc etc etc. I have checked that I am still subscribed to Pass on line and appears ok... so at a loss.

    Still get the following:

    Football Manager 2023 is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    Hi there NoelABaker, my name is Gerardo, and I'm an Xbox player, just like you. I'll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

    Have you verified that the region and language of your Windows are correctly configured? I have seen that on many occasions some games from the Game Pass catalog or the Xbox app in general appear as 'Not available' if you have a different region and language configured. Likewise, please check the configured time zone on your PC.

    On some occasions, I have seen that other players, for some reason, have their Windows region settings misconfigured.

    You can check this on your PC by going to:

    Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.

    If everything is configured correctly and the problem continues, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me which region you are from.
