: Followed the steps for disconnecting wifi but still no luck

Id say unplug you router and thr go into your xbox network settings and disconnevt your wifi. After run a system health check on your router I knoe its a newer router but sonetimes comanies give you faulty routers that happemed to me a couple of times. If
everything chevjs out on that end try reconnecting to you wifi then run a test on your multiplayer connevtion and internect connection.

Have you also contacted your ISP to make sure there is no weird blocking or anything on their end?

You could try rebooting your router, updating it (if you own it), contact your service provider (if they own it), or try a different router to see if it works better. It may also be helpful to do a hard reset (press and hold power button for 10 seconds, then
power it back on) to make sure something isn't stuck there causing an issue.

Sorry to hear that your having issues connecting to Xbox Live.

Theres a Troubleshooter for Xbox One Network Issues here if you can go ahead and follow those steps. Its also worth totally
rebooting your internet equipment also rather than just disconnecting and reconnecting the wifi. Also if you have an ethernet cable, try connecting to your router directly by wire..
