2. Once downloaded run the MediaCreationTool2004.exe file.

3. Accept the terms.

4. Select Create an installation media, then hit Next.

5. Proceed with the prompts.

Once the installation media is created, double-click on the file then on the Windows Setup screen, click on Repair your computer.

Have you made sure that all system updates are installed, and that the Xbox app is also fully updated? If you're not using the Xbox app, that's where you should be accessing your games from. It's likely that the game was corrupted, and a reinstallation is likely necessary

Based on the forums, the poster had resolved a similar issue by freeing up his device storage.

I have my console updated and the latest update was the OS version 10.0.22621.4074 and the most recent was on the 14/04/2023 and 16/04/2023
