I’m sorry to say, but VR headsets are not officially supported on Xbox consoles.
Therefore, you shouldn’t expect your headset to work properly or work at all on your console.

@boid...for the reasons you mentioned, I don't buy digital downloads. I only buy hard disc copies of games. This is the console tradition. It's been the industry standard on consoles in regards to the physical disc, ownership and resale. I have no problem
not being able to resell an mp3, avi, mkv,flv, mp4, or digital game....I do have a problem when that game requires that I leave the comfort of my home and physically travel to get it, and bring it home to use. In short, if the new consoles were completely
digital including distribution, we would all be inclined to follow the rules governing them but since they are not, we should not be expected to and I refuse to.

quick Google search shows that the Xbox One S does NOT support HEVC. best solution is to convert them.
