That is typically called stick drift and there really isn't a lot that can be done other than replace the controller. You could check to make sure the controller is updated and perform a hard reset on your console like this. Hold the power button on the
console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.

I am not expecting a lot of positive results out of the process but it is worth a try.

Some times glitches happen I don't think it such a big thing to worry about.

I've encountered some glitches. One in particular is where an enemy has no level just 2 question marks and is immune to everything. To be exact if you go to Skywatch find the helicopters along one edge there's a room underneath them with some loot in it
but there's an invincible enemy guarding the door. Anybody else find that room and die over and over again?

It is smaller than a companion cube, it is about the size of one of those little boxes that have money when you search them.

I found out what it is. It is a box of ammo since my class mod regenerates ammo. Thought it was something weird since I had that class mod for a while, yet I only started seeing the box in the DLC's.
