Flight Simulator won't install off MS Store

Discus and support Flight Simulator won't install off MS Store in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So I bought the game as a gift for my dad and when he goes to click install, it lets him choose the drive he wants and then he will click install again...     Flight Simulator won't install off MS Store


    So I bought the game as a gift for my dad and when he goes to click install, it lets him choose the drive he wants and then he will click install again and nothing happens. I walked him through many of the troubleshoots I've found on the forums and nothing
    seems to work. If anyone has had a similar issue and has a fix please post it.

    Flight Simulator 2020 won't launch to complete install

    Same problem. Flight Simulator won't launch from MS Store and reports this error. Also on Dev build 20190. How will we know when Microsoft resolves this issue?

    How is your setup to install MS Flight Simulator? I mean, if you own a flight institution (or aeronautical engineering institution) with computers, you can install and license MS Flight Simulator on these computers and let the students use these computers on your education institution.

    Now if you want to license MS Flight Simulator to be used on your students home computer (which will change like every year or so), it'll be a different situation.
