    Flight Simulator Turns itself off after starting the game


    I recently installed the flight simulator. My PC has 16 GB RAM, had 130GB HD space before the install and 64 bit windows, with I5 4 core processors. After the installation, I started the game and I got this message saying "Your computer does not meet the
    requirements. As a result, you will experience errors during the game". It still allowed me to start the game. After the game started, I see the screen what airplane modes are in the game. Shortly after I see that screen, the game turns itself off and I just
    see my desktop screen. Any idea how to fix this issue?

    What model of i5 do you have? Also what graphics card do you have as well? If you arent meeting the minimum requirements you are gonna run into these sort of issues.

    Flight Simulator 2020 not loading the launcher

    I've just encountered the same problem after a ZoneAlarm and Flight Simulator update.

    When I try to start FS, nothing happens at all. I've found the solution is to turn off Zone Alarm Anti Ransomware before starting Flight Simulator. You can turn it back on once FS has started.

    Flight Simulator 2020 crashes with Xbox controller

    I had this happen to me two times, I think.

    Since then I have only been running Flight Simulator in windowed mode (I multitask and do other stuff while flying, using multiple monitors) and as long as I make sure some other window is in focus when I turn on the controller again, it doesn't seem like
    it crashes the flight simulator.

    Basically, this happens when I make a long flight using autopilot and the controller turns itself off because it has been idle for too long. I just click in a browser (or some other app) and hold the xbox-button on the controller. I then wait 10 seconds
    or so before going back to the flight simulator.

    Has worked so far. Experience may vary. :p

    The two times it crashed, I had the flight simulator in focus when i started the controller.

    Flight Simulator 2020 loading indicator graphic always there in FS 2020 & newly installed game.

    Flight simulator is a live serrvice game and constanttly downloads terrain data, weather data, and lice flight data

    you can turn these off in options

    Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.
