Flight simulator stuck on download loop 23 parts still to download

no error messages just downloads 1.4gb of the part ie 8% then loops back to 958mb and redownloads to same part

no point in screenshot as its just the normal screen

i have tried starting download from the xbox app and from the ms app still exactly the same thing happens

both are up to date

all othe games are installing fine

including all oculus apps and steam apps

Are you having issues installing other games?

Do you have any error message or code when you get stuck in downloading?

Version Xbox app and Gaming Services version.

where did you install Microsoft Flight Simulator MS store? Xbox app?

asus z390mainboard

processor i7 9600 processor

32 gb ddr4 3200 ram

2xevo 970 mvme ssd 1tb

running windows 10 22h2

os build 19045 .2193

i have today formatted both hard drives and done a fresh install of windows 10 the version above

compleated all updates and reinstalled the flight simulator

still gets stuck in exactly the same place

i have no idea how to sort this now

help appriciated
