    Flight Simulator 2024 keeps reinstalling on Xbox X series


    Good day everyone,

    I have MS Flight Simulator Deluxe installed on my Xbox X series console and have been playing it for a while now. The problem is that Flight Simulator seems to crash and needs to reinstall itself. I do not lose any of my settings as I can return to whatever I was doing after it has installed itself. In the past week, this has happened 5 times already.

    Is this some kind of bug of the Xbox or is there a bug in MSFS 2024 that is causing it? Does anybody know a solution to this issue? It is becoming pretty annoying.

    ok. try these other steps.

    Uninstall and reinstall the game:

    Uninstall MSFS 2024 completely.

    Reinstall the game.

    7. Try to fix the installation file:

    On Steam, you can try to "fix" or "restore" the game's installation file, if available.

    8. Check if MSFS 2024 is installed on the external hard drive:

    Flight Simulator X may have issues if installed on an external hard drive

    Flight SImulator is not compatible with any Xbox One, One S, or One X consoles

    Only Series S and Series X

    There are two versions of the joystick, one that is for PC only and one for Xbox, make sure you have the Xbox version and that the selector switch is set to Xbox

    Make sure your specific model is compatible with Flight Simulator

    Flight Simulator is only available for the Series S/X. It is not available for the One.

    If you’re inserting it, that tells me you bought the Windows disc version and live in Europe, or that you bought a copy of Flight Simulator X which is PC only. There is no Xbox disc release at this time.

    No disc version of Flight Simulator will work on any Xbox

    Flight Simulator 2020 only works on Series consoles, One consoles are not compatible
