Flight Simulator 2020, will SLI - NVlink be supported?

HI Team,

Just want to say what an amazing Flight Sim...

Just a quick question. I have noticed that I cannot get SLI support working for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.

I have 2x 1070ti graphics cards in my system and when playing the sim only one of them is being used.

Does the game support SLI graphics? and if not would you know if support for it would be incuded in a future release?

I can assure you that nvlink, which is not sli, does work on 2080 and higher cards.

Now, if someone affords two Titan RTX cards they have more sense than money, but there are scenarios where it actually scales really well.

Few games perhaps, but still, if you want to play at 4K or beyond as some of us do, and have 120 fps or more, then yes.

Running two RTX 2080ti with NVlink myself, and the few games that supports it have really made up for it.

I would not mind paying another 100 EUR/USD for FS2020 if SLI support were possible, especially VRSLI.

Wishing that companies could sell NvLink/VR-SLI as an extra, I'd happily pay for the game twice if that is supported.

Understand the extra development costs and tweaking required, but we have the hardware, it is almost always the software that is the bottleneck these days.

Are you sure the game is actually using both cards? I run it with SLI configured with two 2070 Super and SLI enabled but I can see only one card working. Please double check it with MSI Afterburner overlays or something similar. Having SLI enabled and
a game that "works" does not means that it's using both cards. Thanks in advance!

First of, anybody who is a true enthusiast knows that Titans are horrible for gaming and anybody who was dumb enough to buy 2 thinking that it would make them x2 the bad
[Mod removed- inappropriate] should just be the laughing stock of the community....That said and out of the way...In order for "SLI/NVLink" to work for ANY game there must first be a "profile" created (which most of the time is created from
the developer) in order to work. IF! There is not one, you can manually create one in order to make it work. I won't go into details on how to do it in this thread, but be prepared, if you choose to do this you are in for a long haul unless you can at least
find some parameters to get you started. Even then it will not run as good as it truly could, unless the developer spends the time a resources to make said profile and "tweak" the .dll's embedded in the game. But I'm sure there will at least be some enthusiasts
out there that will create a profile with at least some gains.

I've got 2x 2080Ti's with nvlink. I wish this game would utilise both, especially considering that VR support is promised which even the nvidia 3080 probably won't be powerful enough for VR.

So the FS2020 dev's really need to ensure nvlink support will be ready for VR at least.

I've tried changing the settings in the nvidia control panel, the Manage 3D settings, by trying the different SLi rendering modes, none of those really make any difference to the FPS. One of the settings fully utilises both GPU's clock speeds which causes
a little flicking going on the screen yet the FPS is unchanged - just like any other setting.
