Flight Simulator 2020 - Login credentials not saved, asked to log in every time.

Can you try uninstalling the game > restart machine > install game.

Thanks but maybe I wasn't clear. The sim did save my credentials but it still gives me the sign in prompt. After the prompt it displays my account and when I select it the next prompt is: "Welcome back". I'm never asked for the login ID or password since it already remembers that. I guess the real problem is that it doesn't authenticate me automatically but instead I get the sign in prompt. Prior to this it would just launch and go to the main menu where I was already logged in. So what's changed? Why am I asked to sign in and go through the prompts even though it remembers my credentials?
