    Microsoft Store indicates that FS 2020 Standard and Digital Ownership are installed.

    When I try to start FS2020, various windows come and go (I guess these are the developers), and then I see a still picture of a Cessna flying near San Francisco Int'l Airport. Then, the window changes with a message "Press Any Key To Start". After I press
    a key, a little busy indicator appears in the lower right-hand corner for a few seconds. There is no indication that anything else is happening. I waited 10-20 minutes, but there's no indication of anything happening. All I see is a dark screen.

    I killed the app (End Task) through Task Manager.

    By the way, I installed FS2020 onto an empty, formatted 1TB SSD, which on my system is a G drive.

    I moseyed around MS Store for any indications. MS Store indicated that my system meets the System Requirements.

    Help please!

    2. Uninstall and re-install

    Same issue since 8/28. Still fail after several re-insatll through ms market

    I have same issue on brand new gaming laptop.

    Ran first 3 times on 26/8 but not today.

    Flight Simulator 2020 I open it and at the start it says "Press any key to start" and I press a key and it just flashes and says the same message again and it just keeps happening no matter what key I press or how many times I keep trying.
    The solution is to install Xbox (beta) app from Microsoft Store and then Xbox beta app will download a couple of extra files necessary for running. Then, you need to log in your account (where you bought FS2020 from) and start Microsoft Flight Simulator
    Game from the Xbox Beta app. Voil , it will lead you to the download process of the 91.36 GB extras for full install of the game.

    Many people get stuck with the download of FS 2020. But there is not even a manual available!!! No Key code is being sent!! But they take the payment. Yes!!
