Désolé d’entendre parler des problèmes que vous rencontrez avec l’installation de Flight Sim. Laissez-moi voir si je peux vous aider.



Donc, avec la plupart de ces problèmes d’installation avec Steam, nous avons vu qu’il est causé parce qu’il y a une rupture dans le lien entre le compte Microsoft et Steam lui-même. Ce que nous avons vu pour le résoudre est de dissocier votre compte Microsoft avec Steam et de le coupler après un redémarrage. Cela tend libérer le problème.

1. Vous pouvez le faire en appuyant sur les touches Win + G pour afficher la barre de jeu
   
2. Aller aux paramètres
   
3. Naviguez jusqu’ Comptes
   
4. Descendez sur le lien Steam et cliquez sur le bouton Dissocier
   

L’autre élément spécifiquement avec Flight Sim, vous devez vous assurer que vous téléchargez la bonne version. Cela signifie vérifier l’historique de vos commandes sur la page de votre compte ici et vérifier s’il s’agissait de la version Windows Store ou Steam du jeu. S’il s’agissait du Windows Store, vous pouvez accéder l’application Microsoft Store et cliquer sur l’option Ma bibliothèque en bas gauche pour trouver le jeu et démarrer l’installation.

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with installing Flight Sim. Let me see if I can help.



So with most of these installation issues with Steam, we have seen it is caused because there is a break in the link between the Microsoft account and Steam itself. What we have seen to solve it is to unlink your Microsoft account with Steam and pair it back up after a restart. This tends to free up the issue.

1. You can do that by hitting the Win + G keys to pull up game bar
   
2. Go to settings
   
3. Navigate down to Accounts
   
4. Go down to the Steam link and click the unlink button
   

The other item specifically with Flight Sim, you should make sure you are downloading the correct version. Meaning to check your order history on your account page here and check to see if it was the Windows Store or Steam version of the game. If it was the Windows store, you can go into the Microsoft Store App and click the My Library option in the bottom left to find the game and start the installation.
